Description

Many things play into what individuals consider as "ethical", yet some foundational principles of ethical behavior stand the test of time and even technology. This session will discuss timeless guiding principles of tried and true leadership ethics the need to be the guiding tenets of each individual in our industry as it relates to how we conduct ourselves with our peers, subordinates, clients and carrier partners. These principles are taught through a series of "Rules" as seen through the eyes of General Colin Powell, Captain Michael Abraschoff, John Maxwell and other world class leaders from whom we can take an ethical lesson.
